Jamie has a degree in business administration from the University of Colorado and is well versed in billing, insurance requirements, proposal submission, and scheduling as required by various builders. Jamie has been in active in the Colorado housing community by serving as Executive Director of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association from 2012 through 2016 and as President of the Colorado Housing Council for the 2015 and 2016 terms.

Tony letts
Vice-President
Tony began plumbing while serving in the United States Air Force and is a Colorado licensed master plumber. He also holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado- Denver, and has 16 years’ experience in designing plumbing and mechanical systems for commercial properties.
Tony and Jamie are former co-owners of L and L Plumbing, Inc., a Colorado plumbing contractor from 1993-2000. L and L Plumbing, Inc. completed multiple projects for builders such as Richmond Homes, Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, and Amber Homes. The Letts’ also owned Genesis Mechanical, Inc. and Genesis Design Group, a commercial design/build firm in Springfield, MO from 2000-2011.

- 16 years’ experience in mechanical engineering, designing plumbing and HVAC systems for commercial projects
- Licensed Master and Journeyman plumbers
- Water Pipe: copper, CPVC and PEX
- Gas Pipe: black steel and corrugated CSST pipe
- Sanitary Pipe: ABS, PVC and cast iron
- Experience with multiple fixture manufacturers including, but not limited to American Standard, Kohler Delta, and Moen
